When you have a busy schedule, finding time for yourself can be a challenge.  We often minimise our problems when we talk about them with others, dismissing our feelings about them as invalid or not important, but in private, they can gnaw away at us. 

The solution

Often, the simple act of telling somebody who understands what you’re going through can be enough.  The relief as you’re told that you are good enough and that there’s a process for working through to a solution is, in itself, empowering. 

The benefits

Online coaching has the added advantages of being location and time independent: for instance, you don’t have to take time off work or wait until the children are out of the house. You can relax in your own environment and get additional support outside of your sessions.  I’ve also had success with clients who’ve been unable or unwilling to sit in front of a camera with voice only sessions and even clients who can only converse via text.

Why choose me?

I made the decision many years ago that I would find out everything that I could about becoming stronger and I dedicated myself to the task of learning what disciplines would best suit me.  It wasn’t enough to solve the particular problems that I had at that time.  I wanted to find techniques that would help me to face any future problems too.  I wanted to learn a process that I could pull out of the hat when things got tense.  

Travelling around and living in hostels there were no end of people who were looking for somebody to connect with.  The fact that they may have very recently met me meant that there were no judgments or pre-conceived ideas about them.  They could talk to me, unloading how they felt and then I would gently guide them into making the best decisions for themselves. 

As for me, I discovered that I am super-approachable and my style is relaxed yet inspirational.

What I offer

In a session or a series of session with me I will help you to identify the blocks and the negative thoughts that are holding you back.  I’ll guide you using different strategies and teach you how to break through those barriers.

One-to-one coaching sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each client.  We will look together at your objectives and decide if we’re a good match for each other.

I want to support as many people as possible with the work that I do and I’m passionate that cost shouldn’t be a barrier. My nomadic lifestyle enables me to keep my overheads low and this means that my coaching products are affordable. 

Each session currently costs £35 (+VAT) and I always conduct a free introductory discovery session with prospective new clients first – after all, we each need to be comfortable with each other and to trust that we can work together. 


If you would like a summary of the session so that you can remember the key points that we discussed and some exercises to try for homework the cost will be £45 per session (plus VAT).

I want you to be totally at ease with me and what I offer which is why I never charge for our first ‘discovery session’.  During that first session I’ll explain a little of how life coaching with me works and what techniques I prefer to use. (Mindfulness is my favourite, but I also draw on CBT* and NLP*)

There’s no obligation to go ahead with any coaching with me if you’re not totally happy with any aspect of that first meeting – or alternatively I may have given you enough clarity to move ahead yourself during that first session.

I work with clients who live on different continents to myself but my lifestyle gives me the freedom to conduct sessions during evenings and early mornings and at weekends.  Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask.
