Online Coaching

Whilst many people regularly go to the gym or work with a personal trainer, more and more also choose to work with a life coach to help give them some clarity on regaining balance in their lives.

Online coaching has the added advantages of being location and time independent; for instance, you don’t have to take time off work or wait until the children are out of the house. You can relax in your own environment and get additional support outside of your sessions.

How can you benefit from coaching?

As a life coach I can help you to make sense of the above (and many other issues) through online coaching sessions.  I am a Mindfulness Practitioner using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and life coaching techniques in my work, plus I have my own wealth of life experiences to draw upon.

I want to support as many people as possible with the work that I do and I am passionate that cost should not be a barrier. My nomadic lifestyle enables me to keep my overheads low and this means that my coaching products are affordable.

I usually conduct a free discovery chat with prospective new clients – after all, we each need to be comfortable with each other and to trust that we can work together.  One-to-one coaching sessions will be tailored to the individual needs of each client and we will look together at your objectives and decide if we are a good match for each other.

The ideal coaching relationship is one where both parties are open and honest with each other. I am super-approachable and my style is relaxed yet inspirational. Sharing problems with an impartial expert and being able to discuss them without fear of being judged is the first step to making changes.

Our minds are usually the biggest obstacle to us moving forward in life – with beliefs and values that were formed back in our past causing blocks to our progress; but I am living proof of how it is possible to turn that mindset around.

I will help you to identify the blocks and the negative thoughts that are holding you back and I will guide you with different strategies and teach you how to break through those barriers.

Often just three online coaching sessions are all that are needed to reach a break-through and to help you to move on; although if you are a client who prefers to work at your own pace the inspiring Smash the Pumpkin Project might be a better option for you.
